Route Package Protection FAQ
Route Package Protection is an optional insurance service that protects your order against loss, damage, or theft during shipping.
Use your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email. If you have Route protection, you can also track through the Route app or website.
Route provides package tracking and protection. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim for a refund or reorder.
Once your claim is approved, Route will either issue a refund to your original payment method or process a reorder of your items.
